Seven Star's building is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, parties, or other events during mornings, early afternoons, and some evenings/weekends. It's the perfect rehearsal space for martial artists, dancers, personal trainers, yoga instructors, and any movement based activities.
Our building is located at 525 21st Avenue in Seattle's Central District on the corner of 21st and James. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking.

Please note: Our building is not fully ADA accessible. There is one step into the building and a second step to access the restroom.
The main room is slightly broken up by two 5-foot shear walls. In order to protect the floor, street shoes may not be worn in the building, and towels or other materials must be used to cushion any equipment, tables, etc. that might dent the floor or mar the finish.
Rental Rates
Rehearsal time and free classes: $25 per hour
Classes for which a fee is charged: $35 per hour
