About Us

Founded in 1981 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Kajukenbo and self defense school, Seven Star has created a nurturing, non-threatening environment to learn practical self defense skills and build strength and confidence through the martial arts.

Our nonprofit programs include childcare, ASL interpreting, sliding scale rates, and work study.  Learn more about Kajukenbo, our teaching staff, and school history. We look forward to training with you soon!

We at Seven Star Women’s Kung Fu stand in solidarity with the Black community against police violence, and with the Asian American community in the face of the rising wave of hate crimes. Read our BLM Statement or learn more about our DE&I Working Group.
